How to apply

Your step-by-step guide to registering for Mission Adventures

Step 1

Download the application form here.

Step 2

Send in the ‘Group Application’ (Form 1) along with a nonrefundable £30 application fee for each applicant. (Or £25 if received before 1st December 2009.) This reserves a place for your group. Applications & fees need to be received by 1st February 2010. All cheques need to be payable to YWAM.

Step 3

There is a non-refundable £250 deposit per person due no later than 31st March 2010. With your deposit please also send the completed ‘Group List’ (Form 2) and ‘Group Arrival and Departure Information’ (Form 3), along with the ‘Health & Personal Information’ (Form 4) completed by each member of your group.

Step 4

The non-refundable balance needs to be received before 5th July 2010 along with the ‘Parental Authorisation’ (Form 5).
